THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON: SPECIAL ORDERS, WIGS, HATS, MAKE-UP, BEARDS, MUSTACHES, SIDEBURNS, SOCKS, STOCKINGS OR TIGHTS. There is a 25% restocking fee on returned items. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges. If an item is shipped in error, or is found to be defective, we will replace the item at our option. The customer would be allowed a full refund with no restocking fees. No item can be returned without prior authorization. Please contact us and we will issue an Authorization Code.
